We typically prepare your order within 1 -2 business day. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for our standard shipping is 5 to 7 business days. Public holidays, weather conditions, periods of high demand, and carrier delays may affect these timeframes.

During our free shipping promotions, orders that meet the offer's conditions are exempt from shipping charges. Outside of these promotions—or if your order does not meet the requirements—you can view the shipping cost at checkout, before completing your payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

For delayed or potentially lost packages, please send an email to support@almaluzbook.com. For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, along with photos of the product and the packaging. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact support@almaluzbook.com before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sale items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days following the inspection. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since the approval and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us. For exchanges, you must first return the original item. Once we have approved the return, you may place a new order.
