We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free-shipping offers and eligibility requirements will be shown on our website when available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. ALMALUZ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact support@almaluzbook.com. We’ll review the tracking information and assist with the carrier when appropriate.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
