Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery generally takes an additional 7–15 business days after shipment.

Holidays, weather, promotions, and carrier delays may affect these estimates.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. When your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Also, we may offer Free Shipping as a marketing activity.

For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Please verify your shipping address before ordering, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are final sale.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank may need additional processing time. Contact us if 15 business days have passed since approval.

For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
