Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Start a Return

Email support@almaluzbook.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before shipment. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, personalized or custom products, and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@almaluzbook.com.
